How long does one strip last?
A single strip is good for a full day or night of wear — up to 12 hours. We don't recommend reusing a strip, since the adhesive performs best on the first apply.
Will it stay on while I sweat?
Our strips are built to stay on through your workout! Just remember to apply it to your skin only after wiping it clean. Failure to do so results in weaker adhesive strength.
Does it actually help with snoring?
For many people, yes. By opening the nasal passages, gee. encourages nose-breathing over mouth-breathing, a common contributor to snoring. It's drug-free and gentle enough for nightly use.
